Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the State Leadership Conference of 2020 was cancelled, students were invited to watch a live awards ceremony virtually, similar to the 2021 SLC broadcast. "We are excited to see what Georgia FBLA has in store for virtual SLC," said Rahav. "My group has worked really hard so the award ceremony is a rewarding ceremony."

A moment of inspiration. In the above photo, students watch the keynote speaker of FUEL, Bryant Collier.  Officers advised students to sit several feet apart in class, keeping a socially distanced environment. Bryant Collier was a former FBLA member, who won several awards and gained recognition for his public speaking skills. Throughout his speech, that was casted on screens all over high schools in Georgia, he encouraged students to find their passion through organizations like FBLA, and build a career off of doing what they love.

Building socially-distanced relationships.  This image was captured at the FBLA Fuel 2020, the virtual Fall Leadership Conference.  Teachers allowed few students into classrooms to participate workshops and practice testing rooms. In the pictured room, students participated in an ice-breaker activity that involved writing FBLA goals on beach balls, and passing them across the room.
